Current Ohio LPN Licensure. Current CPR Certification. Valid Ohio Driver's license. Home Health experience preferred. |

Pay Grade 14 Minimum of Pay: $12.62/hour |

|
Ususal Hours: Pirmarily Monday-Friday. Rotating holiday coverage, on-call responsibilities every 4th or 5thweekend and 1 week night. |
