Description: |

A strategic business partner and leader, the human resources manager is responsible for aligning HR support with Morrow County business objectives. Responsible for the day-to-day human resources operations of Morrow County Hospital (MCH). Develops policy and directs and coordinates human resources activities, such as employment, compensation, labor laws, benefits, training, and employee relations. Responsible for coordination of policies and procedures established to various human resource activities for the hospital. Advise management in appropriate resolutions for employee issues. |

Qualifications: |
|
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; or 10+ years’ related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience; Advanced HR certification preferred; Excellent Communication and computer skills; Knowledge of Human Capital Management systems; Ability to work independently and manage time and projects with deadlines; Able to maintain complete confidentiality |

Hours: |
|
Typically Monday – Friday business hours, however as a member of the executive team, HR Manager will have evening and occasional weekend responsibilities as well. Evening and weekend patient and leadership rounding is also expected several times a year. |
