Full or Part time benefit eligible position available. 60-80 hours per two week pay period. |

| Qualifications: |
|
Will provide patient care in a physicians office setting and evening Urgent Care coverage. Position includes direct medical management of all patient wellness visits that are authorized and performed under the supervision but not necessarily the presence of Physician. Current License with the state of Ohio with Prescriptive authority. CPR certification and ACLS required. |
