| Qualifications: |

Bachelor’s degree and performance management experience required; Master’s degree in health related field required. Minimum five years management experience required. Equivalent experience and/or education will be considered. RN or licensure/registration/certification in a clinical field not limited to RN, RPH, MT, etc., with quality improvement certification strongly preferred. Knowledge of Microsoft Office products as well as the ability to use the internet for research required. |
